Shipping policy

Our processing time is 5 to 7 business days.

This does not include the shipping processing.

USPS First Class Mail: 2-5 Business days

USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 Business days

These times are only estimates. We are not responsible for any shipping delays. 

Shipping rates and times on all orders will be calculated by USPS which is our courier company.

Your tracking information will be sent via email once your purchase has been shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update. 

We are not responsible for wrong or insufficient addresses. If you need to update your information please contact us before your purchase is shipped. 

The Berry Crafter is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that are marked as "delivered". For any lost packages, please file a claim with USPS directly. We are not responsible for any stolen packages.
